Use these FRP fiberglass Rectangular tubes as an alternative to wood in structural applications. Made of fiberglass-reinforced polyester, they are strong and light weight.

Fiberglass rectangular tube is one of our pultruded FRP profiles, with a uniform color inside and outside, and the color can be arbitrarily chosen. Colors can be customized by Mach's according to the customer's requirements to adapt to the environment.

Pultruded Fiberglass tube is a proprietary combination of fiberglass reinforcements and thermosetting polyester or vinyl ester resin systems. FPR tube is produced in more than 100 standard shapes.

All of our Pultruded Fiberglass tube have a surface veil to protect against glass fibers penetrating the resin surface in service and to increase corrosion and UV resistance.

Excellent Performance Of FRP Rectangular Tube

1. High Strength: The tensile strength of the rectangular tube is 150 to 300 MPa, and the bending strength is 200 to 300 MPa.

2. No Deformation: the length of the rectangular tube after the 1000h artificial accelerated aging is +0.03%, and the width change rate is -0.07%. Therefore, the geometry and size of the square tube can be kept stable for a long time.

3. Heat and Cold Resistance: The heat distortion temperature of the rectangular tube is 186 ° C, it does not soften at high temperature, and the temperature is not crisp at -60 ° C, ensuring normal use at various ambient temperatures.

4. Low Water Absorption: ordinary glass fiber reinforced plastics have a water absorption rate of less than 0.5%, while pultruded profiles have a water absorption rate of only 0.257%, which is suitable for use in humid environments.

5. Strong Corrosion Resistance: the rectangular tube was immersed in 3% HCI aqueous solution for 24h, and its hardness retention rate was 95%; after immersion in 3% NaCl aqueous solution for 24h, the hardness retention rate was 89%. Therefore, the square tube can be well applied to corrosive environments.
